HISTORY
eSteel Design-Build Group is a Limited Liability Company that is a partnership between a 44-person, full service structural engineering firm (Chavez-Grieves Consulting Engineers, Inc.) a 15-person structural steel detailing firm (dtl’s, Inc.) and a structural steel fabricator (AmFab, Inc.), all of which are located in Albuquerque, New Mexico,
Working together for over ten years, we have developed a process for taking structural steel projects through design, detailing and fabrication, COMPLETELY DIGITALLY. This process adds quality to the project, provides clients with a one-stop shop for all of their structural steel and structural engineering needs, provides clients with a guaranteed price and schedule for steel design, fabrication and erection; and at the same time saves weeks, and in some cases months, on delivery time of steel to the project site. Our process is keyed toward providing a final design that is coordinated, cost effective and above all constructible. It is our goal to give every one of our clients the absolute best value for their construction dollar without in any way altering the architectural design intent of the project.
